Alright so I'm sure everyone is aware of this bug by now because its all over the forums but I figure the more posts we get about it the more likely they are to fix it haha. But yes, I have killed the Ice Wraith for Joining the Stormcloaks, but have not yet turned it in. And I am ready to talk to Ulfric about the peace conference but he just keeps telling me to talk to Galmar about an errand I'm supposed to do with him. So when I go to Galmar he is just amazed that I'm trying to get Ulfric to the peace conference, and just thinks its a big waste of time and wont talk to me So I am stuck in a continuous loop and cant seem to break it no matter what I do, I even tried to join the Imperials! I'm level 16 and really don't want to start over now. So please if anyone has found some kind of soultion for the Xbox 360 post it here!
