I have never seen anyone mention this quest before, and never
used any exploits or cheats that could lead to this adventure.
To start this strange quest you have to finish Sheogorath's initial quest.
Be prepared to stock some potions as this quest is very difficult, it takes about
an hour to finish. This quest is only for the experienced
adventurer, probably after you have reached level 40.

Like the previous Sheogorath quest you will have to assist him again.
You can start this quest by talking to him after 30 in-game days.
Then you must choose the dialog option to become mad yourself.
I took my chances and became trapped in Sheogoraths mind.
Took me two hours to find the proper clue
An hour or so later, it hit me, the quest
arrow points you in the wrong direction.
In my time in Sheogoraths mind I found the clue.
The clue is inside his head, you have to sit down before his statue on your left
knee and pray to Talos to end this meme.
