When I was around 15 I volunteered to work at a community center. From 10 to 2, a bunch of kids would come and they had sports activities. I was basically a helper type guy who just makes sure the kids aren't killing each other + bringing back a stray volleyball/football/whatever kind of ball the children sent out of bounds + telling them to get in line + whatever random little task the instructor would give me.
I had a friend with me doing the exact same thing, so it was a fun experience. Also, the instructors were nice and female (and pretty hot), so it's not like I had some old man barking in my ears every day. Plus, the kids were fun and lively, so it was entertaining to watch them mess about as well. It was a positive experience overall. Didn't get paid for it since it was volunteer work, but it looks nice on a uni app.
