I'm trying to do this quest and I need fixer. I killed what is apparently the only drug dealer in the ghettos and I assumed that was the only area to get some. Even though it should technically be a medical item since it breaks addiction. Guess they didn't want to make a boring fetch quest too easy. So any ideas where I can get some?
