Replayed the oil refinery level tonight - one of the best in Rage. Sought to use as many unconventional weapons as possible. RC cars, Rebar, Rail, explosive crossbow bolts... Some big laughs as a result

Scorchers just say so many funny things:

"Dead without Leave!"
"Its my Best Friend!"
"Put his jaw back then"
Oh Sh..." when they realise they have an explosive bolt in them.

When I used a RC car against the first scorcher after you open that elecrtified grille door - he made some ckeeky comment about my driving skills"

The strangest thing was a headshot using the rebar gun. The Scorchers head ended up seperating, flying backwards across the room and being pineed to a wall about 5 metres behind the body. The head then flashes so you know where to go to retrieve the Rebar - which causes the head to fall to the ground.

I have to agree that the Refinery has to be one of my new favourite levels, took me a few goes to beat that one.

Great level, the end was great when you had to face off in the top of the Refinery against all the Scorchers on jetpacks.

"Happy thoughts!!! Happy thoughts!!!" when an enemy is severly wounded and about to die - I had to pause the game and curl into ball of heaping laughter on the floor.

That bit at the top with all the pipes is just made for rail gun carnage. Using the scope - you can see and shoot them them directly through the walls/pipes with ease.

Also - you can shoot all those weird wooden bird nest boxes. Doesn't seem to give you anything as a result though.

agree. These comments and voices is id trademark.(don't know is this right word, my english is bad ;d). I remember Quake II with Strogg voices/sounds, this is best game of all time for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DZ_XQ0T28A
You can begin discover and enjoy with Quake II Intro!, Quake II game, 2 expansions etc. Now in RAGE the best voice for me is Nexus computer, this is like from my dream game Quake 5 in Strogg universe (maybe never will happen). Nexus computer voice throw me in the future, I don't know who create this, but is some pure genius, voice not from this world. But I like and these funny voices too. They can do more!
