Hircine in Solstheim?

Just wondering how long its been since the Morrowind expansion, because it says he comes every 1000 years to the island for the Bloodmoon prophecy... Will he be back?!

This game takes place around 200 years after Morrowind.

Hircine deserves a damn mention. He MADE the Bloodmoon DLC. Solshteim would be crap without his presence or mention in the third game.

I don't think the DLC will give out an Academy Award for best supporting role in a main quest.
