Holiday Events.

Will they be added to the game? And if so what kind of events can we expect? is there anything according to the lore that might be added?

I would like to see some holiday events, particularly halloween. :)

The only holidays that should be in the game are holidays that are pre-established in the lore. No Christmas or Halloween crap. Because really that's all it is, crap.

They could add something halloween-ish. But ofcouce in an Elder Scrolls kind of way.

I love holiday events. Make them huge celebrations with activities and seasonal free stuff. Makes the whole server come alive :tops:

So you wouldn't mind seeing Jack-O-Lanterns in TESO? Or Santa? Because I would take issue with that. TES has its own universe, no need to fill it with real holidays. It wouldn't fit with the lore at all.

I really wouldn't like this either. If they want to create something in the lines of halloween and christmas, then at least give it a spin to make it as Elder Scrolls-y as can. They would have to create an entire story behind the whole event aswell. How it has come to be etc.

And that would cause strife in the lore forum for sure. It would be weird for a holiday to pop up conveniently in the Interregnum and just vanish when history begins to be recorded again.

Some good events there, some we'd kind of recognise (Jester's Day = April Fool's Day etc).
