Holy Water (need to make this in the next 11 days)

So I made a scroll, put in splash sounds, check for vampire faction, hit shader is a smoky burning effect. The menu art is a bottle.

It is all good except for a few things:

The projectile is the poison (no other water type projectile) and it is a glowing green. Any way to change this?

Also, I do not like it being a scroll in inventory. I want to make a potion that when you click on it in the potion inventory the magic effect then loads the scroll magic on the player.

How would I autoload the scroll on the player (equip it and ready it for casting)?

Would it be better to skip the scroll altogether and instead make this a spell placed on the player that I then remove from the player after the first cast of the "holy water"? I guess I could use an animation call to force the player to cast their hand out as if they threw the bottle as the spell is cast via scripting.
This is how I did in in Oblivion (for my Oblivion holy water).

My biggest concern is the green liquid however, it looks great if it was not for the alien green color. In Oblivion I had no visual of the liquid only the sound effects and that worked well (the illusion was strong enough ) but that was Oblivion.

Could you change it to use the fake healing projectile. That would make it invisible, which would give you what you had in oblivion.

I like the idea of a self removing spell. Maybe the drinking the potion adds the spell to the player and auto-equips it?

What do casting art assets look like anyway? Maybe it's possible to make a bottle for one. You could probably have it float in mid-air just above the player's hand. It would just show how holy it was.

If you just want to re-texture the projectile you might want to have a look at this to see whether its suitable for what you want

I tried this already but on a copy, a new formid, and it did not show up as one of the selections. So I was wondering if there were some way to get the CK to "see" the new one in the drop down list of projectiles for the magic effect. The custom form is an exact copy, I did not even change the texture yet, with only a new name. It is in the same folder right next to old one.
