I would love to get an answer straight from someone at Bethesda, but I'm thinking that the "Mind Place" or whatever the location is formally called where you go to inside of the Pelagius Wing and get teleported, is an homage to :Tranquility lane" from Fallout with how random and quirky it is in there. What do you think?

Haven't been, but Bethesda is notorious for they're homages to earlier games. Cough, anything to do with stolen sweetrolls.
