Honeyside quest problem : V

I completed (I thought) the quest for Honeyside.

I bought the house and the Jarl proclaimed me Thane, but Iona is nowhere to be found.

Also, I have a quest to speak to the Jarl, but only the generic speech options show up.

Is there any work around for this?

Can't find any reference for this elsewhere unless I'm missing it on UESP or reddit.

UPDATE:

I used the CompleteQuest command on the quest ID freeformriftenthane and Iona showed up.

Now if I could only fix the issue with the Companion's Rertrieval quest...
