Has anyone played this, or heard of this?

Wow, negative review. But it's IGN so...

Complaints about IGN aside, when a game is rated that low there's probably something seriously wrong with it. Other sites seem to rate it fairly low too.

I saw the trailer for it a while ago, that looked pretty fun. One of my favourite youtubers is planning a playthrough of it though, so I'll watch that for a bit.
