I was watching my brother play and as he was being attacked by an Ice Dragon a "Fugitive" entered a conversation with him and gave him a ton of weapons [I suspected war contraband]. Anyway, the dragon almost killed him during the conversation and he had to drop some things in order to get back into the fight. He ended up dying and had to reload his last autosave.

Has this happened to anyone else?
