I understand you can store equipment and loot on horses. How do you do this? The only option that comes up for me is to mount the horse.

Also, there have been times when I've accidentally picked loot up or talked to followers whilst still mounted. What's the knack to doing this so I don't have to keep on getting off my horse every time I either want to talk to an NPC or pick stuff up off the gound?

Um, i don't know who told you that items can be stored on horses but they cannot. Also you should not be able to pick stuff up on a horse.

kind of a misleading title like Kilo said, you can't do any of that stuff with horses..

I would've titled it something like "Horse Storage", but I had another question regarding horses to go with it.

As for not being able to do these things, well, the storage thing is simply something I've heard, most probably from a fellow PC user. And the other ability of being able to pick things up and talk to NPCs whilst sitting on my horse, er, I've done it so it must be possible! Admittedly it's been done by mistake, but I've done it! Now all I have to do is to find the knack so I can do it when I want to.

Must be a glitch or something because i have never once been able to do this.
