No matter where I Hotkey my Steel Sword, it always unbinds and the key equips nothing. Axes, Shields, Spells work fine, but for some reason my Steel Sword keeps becoming unbound. So i've switched to using an axe because I can't switch between by bow and sword/shield without my sword coming unbound. Then All i have for CQB is my fist and shield... so I have to hold down Q and slect my sword...

Now the question is... how many more items will become unbound like this.. how many are bugged?
