Can you hotkey specific items so you can access them in one button on the 360? I know you have the favourites bar and navigate by pressing the up/down buttons on the d-pad. But can you use the left/right buttons on the d-pad to hotkey items so you only need to press the button once? I read somewhere you could.

If so, how?

hold down left or right while you have that item highlighted and it will bind the item or skill to that direction. Then you just tap it whenever you need it. Don't know if it works with consumables since i just use it for my soul trap weapon and my regular weapon.
