I just recieved a message that I can pick up my copy already, but since I live in Spain I still have to wait half a day to play it (PC needs Steam activation, after all).

Steam says that the game will unlock in aproximately 11 hours for me. I am from Finland by the way. I will have to be in school for about 5 hours tomorrow on Friday until I'll get to play.
