I just got done adding the great room on to my house, I asked my house Carl to add furnishings into both rooms and after I bought them nothing appeared. I left the house, saved and reloaded and they still have not appeared. has anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

It takes several days for your Housecarl to set things up.

OK, I just got done found a 12 hour wait and its still has not shown up yet, but I'll keep waiting and if not just reset and get my money back.

Yeah same thing with me then he said I could not afford the 1000 gold furnishing to the entrance of my house when I have over 150,000

ive been having serious probs too. exact same thing, housecarl doesnt move anything in the house, and keeps giving me option of furnishing entry way, but then says i dont have the 1,000 septions. [censored] , i have over 30,000. Also, no matter who i visit, i can not acquire sawn logs. i purchase from carl, doesnt show up in box. same thing with mill owners. however, both clay and stone appear immediately in my chest upon request. so idk. ive reloaded about a dozen times and restarted my xbox a few times too

I paid the steward to furnish all my rooms, and after seeing it wasnt instant I figured it would take a few days. I used the time to buy another plot and get that set up. Neither of my houses are furnished at all, but are ironically fully-staffed.

The entry way is a bug, but he will furnish it. Faendal furnished mine. Just takes a while. Like 3 days to a week. As for the logs, they'll be invisible in your inventory.

It took 2 in game weeks for my Stewart to finish furnishing my home. Try a bit of patience, not everything is instant gratification. well, except erecting your house, but that's space magic.

You are not buying furnishing, you are paying the steward to make them for you, give the poor steward a chance to do all that work, not everyone can be a super powered Dovahkiin.

Logs show up in the "Log Pile" not in the chest.

Sawn logs don't show up in the chest. They can be seen in the buildsite as a giant pile of timber. Go up to the pile and point your crosshairs over it to see how many you have.
