Can I get a full list of possible housecarls? Perhaps a Khajiit one? I'm thinking about taking mine into the back woods and killing them, I didn't want her to begin with. :<

All the housecarls are the same for everyone, none are any beast species. You kill a housecarl the Jarl will not be giving you another one. I think you mean a list of of possible stewards for the new houses, those are the only ones you get to choose.
