Housecarls up to 89

ok with this new dlc we should have what 8 housecarls down almost 1 for every hold........except for winterhold? I think this might be because there be a future dlc where we rebuild winterhold and maybe become the Jarl. cause I find it I bit strange that Winterhold is once again left out. but i see the goals of Hearth fire as this 1 build your own house, 2 you can have a family, 3 Morthal, Dawnstar, and Falkreth now have house( you building them outside of the city) and Housecarls giving you a much better benefit to being Thane in these 3 holds. so what do you guys the would be the reason to leave winterhold out?

Winterhold is essentialy a container for the CoW plot wise, and the archmage quarters are quite a nice house

And you get it free, but they don't come with a housecarl.

But it's true, Bethesda has left that one vacancy. So who knows? Enough people have asked for a "rebuild Winterhold" DLC. They might at least be keeping their options open.

I hope so, I'm really disappointed I can't build my log manor in a really snowy area, the plot in Dawnstar is basically Whiterun.

I think there is just too little civilisation in Winterhold.

The capital is teeny tiny, and there are no villages

That's exactly what I love about it. It's ruralness as well as it's heavy, frequent blizzards.

Winterhold is pretty much fallen into the sea. Maybe a future dlc will resolve this. I am sure the Mage's College had something to do with it and maybe you get to fix it.

yea if it was not for the College of Mages I would say it was pointless to even have Winterhold in the game which is why I would like to see a DLC that helps you rebuild it(bring in people to live there) I feel like rebuilding Winterhold could honestly be the single best improvement to Skyrim sure I want a huge expansion but I feel like giving Winterhold actual meaning would be radically game changing,
