HouseNew Village mods cause CTDs on load?

Hey, ive been trying to use new village mods or house mods, and most cause a CTD on load save. Is this common or a fix for this? i heard its a patch issue. any insight?

Mods i have

deus mons (doesnt cause crash on load, locations works fine too)
domus dementis (esm doesnt cause crash on load), esp does... should both be on?)
Dovahheim (doesnt cause crash on load)
Dovahkin hideout (doesnt cause crash on load)
dragon falls manor (doesnt cause crash on load)
elvenwoood(cause crash on exterior load)
fleetford (cause crash on load)
Pinewood village (cause crash on load)
rayeks end (cause crash on load)
the asteria (cause crash on load)
the undercity (cause crash on load)
luxery suite (doesnt cause crash on load, location is working)
dovahska = (doesnt cause crash on load, causes crash near white run)

im notasking for a guide to fix each, just an explaination of the problem =)

The ones that are crashing might edit the same cell or use the same location. Have you looked where each place is?

its possible sure, i havent checked, but they all seem to crash the same way . i think its dee[er than simply location, but i;ll have to look into it

Of the mods you listed, I only have pinewood village, and it didn't cause me any problems - though I haven't been out to visit it since I installed the latest version. I didn't get to try a full test of deus mons, since wrye bash generated a corruption message when I tried to install it.

And, I've got some other issue that are probably mod related: I get a ctd when I try to enter the sleeping giant inn & the interiors aren't loading in completely or are corrupted. I just noticed the problem last night, so now I'm slowly uninstalling mods to see if one in particular is causing the problem.

As far as an insight, perhaps some combination of lingering navmesh issues & corruption by tesnip, or both.
