How does the House/ Storage work in Skyrim? Do we have to beware containers that respawn?? Can we still buy houses?

You can buy at least 5 houses one in each major city.

Containers in houses will obviously not re-spawn.

There are weapon racks and book shelves in Skyrim at the very least. As detailed in the opening paragraph of one of the reviews I read.
