How do you do that? I'm on Windows 8. I'm trying to use this mod I downloaded called Lakeview Manor Road and I want to move it to my data file. No I don't want to download the mod manager.

This would be so much easier if modders released their mods on the Steam Workshop instead of forcing us to download more stuff.
