How do i acsses my wherewolf howl perks? : V

i am a wherewolf and i have unlocked a howl that calls other wolves,its says its a totem, how to i get to it because unlike the vampire lord its not a favorite

After you finish the Companion's questline you can do quests for Aela that gives you totems to pray to in the cave underneath the forge.
