I adopted Lucia on two sepperate character Wife was Jenassa in one and Shahvee in another, and neither did i have the option of asking how the kids were.

I was wondering if some of the spouses didnt have voice recorded for that of if there is something that I need to do to prompt that coversation option to come up

I'm surprised any of them did, unless the adopting mechanic was originally supposed to be included in the vanilla game, but was dropped before all the lines were recorded.

Did anyone figure this out? I just adopted Sophie, and I am not getting the dialog option from Vorstag.


Edit: If I can't get it resolved, I am going to a previous save, and may not be able to adopt Sophie.

The voice actors for Jenassa and Shahvee (as well as other potential spouse NPCs) didn't record new dialogue for Hearthfire, which also happens to be why you can't get Jenassa and certain other followers to be your steward.

I have Vorstag as spouse.
