I don't think it's possible to accurately calculate the dps right now as the speed is not available, but you could do something like swing a weapon for 10 seconds, count how many swings you get, and calculate rough dps. You probably won't see much difference with weapons that have similar speeds/damage, but aside from somehow acquiring weapon speed from actual game data, that's the only thing I can think of.
However, as a previous poster said, dps won't really do much good for you unless you plan on standing in front of the enemy and hitting them until they die without dodging, blocking, etc.
