How can I edit map markers?

I wanted to rename a map marker. Anyone know in what record that data is stored? Thanks!

My goal is to rename Drela's Cottage to Secluded Cottage. I managed to rename the cell easily, but I can't seem to find the map marker data. Anyone know?

Now I wish I hadn't uninstalled FOMM.
Thanks.

EDIT:Nevermind, I see it now. Lol, I thought I was going to have to retrieve it from a BSA.

Is there a tool that can make reading this data easier?
