How can I fix this texture bug?

This is the first time I have seen this and I haven't used any texture mods recently.

Looks like something that would happen if your GPU were overheating.

Yeah, I actually was wondering if that was going on. I did a computer reboot, and came back about 20 mins later and loaded my save and the textures are back to normal. GPU temp is at 32c with the game running right now.

Just texture issues. If it were a GPU issue you would be suffering from artifacts popping up across the screen and not conformed to an NPC's clothing.

Graphical artifacting can take many forms. Since it went away after a reboot, I think overheating is the most likely culprit.

Though, I do find it strange that my GPU would be overheating. I've been using this build for about 2 months and I've not had the issue before. I'm running a temp monitor in the background now to see if it gets too hot. So far it hasn't.
