My girlfriend its currently playing the game while owning this DLC. However, I do not have this DLC my self so I need the help of the community for two doubts we have.

She already has one kid but she wants to adopt se second one but the game tells her she cannot. What does she have to do to get a second one?

And last, can she have a husband?

You need to have space for the other child to sleep in. I think certain houses can only have one children's room, but I'm not totally sure... anyway, check and see if there are house upgrades you're missing. To get a husband you need to get an Amulet of Mara, which you can purchase from the temple in Riften, and talk to a potential spouse while wearing it/after doing something to make them like you. The complicated part isn't two sons and a husband, it's two husbands and a son.
