How can I know what's been changed in a mod?

The changed parts may always be easily found by searching its prefix like 000_xxxxx.
But if I do not know what's the name is.How can I filter the imformation in such huge a mounts of contents? :stare:

I look at the 'details' button, when your loading a mod into the CK. On the mod selection window, select the mod and click the details button for a list of all changes. You can also click columns to sort by that column.

I have wanted to ask about this for along time, why do the magic effects in the detail have blanks (no names).

Like a combat style would be CSTY aadpCombat [some number]

but the magic effects are: MGFX ______________ [some number]
