Heard you could get a steward and they can buy stuff for you, where do you get your steward at?

You just get one of your followers to follow you to your new home, once you get it built and they will ask you to become your steward.

I have a question aswell ! Can you get your steward as soon as you buy your land or do you have to build a house first ?
