How to change your username on gamesas (Console Users)

How can I change my gamesas username? (Console Users)

There is a known issue with some console accounts that is causing usernames to appear as a series of numbers. To combat this we have given console users the functionality to change their usernames through the gamesas UCP located here: http://www.gamesas.com/forums/ucp.php

Please post here if you have any difficulties with this.

yes same thing happened to me

me 3, although not with his email with mine obviously. i am with yahoo.co.uk also if that helps trackdown problem

Yeah I'm getting that too. It shows that my name change worked but then when I post or refresh it shows it back as numbers.

Haha yeah, different issue, that's excess traffic related but its pretty rare as the server hardware has been beefed up to handle more traffic. If you get that error maybe try again in a few minutes.

Could someone please do me a favor and post a screenshot of the UCP where you change your name? That may help others find where to enter the details :) thanks!
