How to clear "Bard's Leap Summit" : V

I've read that this place is supposed to be clearable, but how? I've done the jump, killed the renegades etc, and is there a dungeon? Tyvm.Nvm, I cleared it.

There's a Word Wall there. i didn't realize it before my third time of visiting the place.
It is also the first place I've seen Hagravens creating a Briarheart from a dead Forsworn on an altar.

If you don't interrupt the ritual (ie by sneaking) they will recite a formula and the newly created thrall will rise like a conjured corpse

I think I may have broken a quest there. I saw the ramp, saw the water way underneath... WHEEEEEE!

When i got out of the water this ghost came up and started talking to me. :facepalm:

Ah, well. It's more fun jumping if it's not required by someone.

Anyway, I just looked it up. No quests broken.
