How Come Steam Hasn't Downloaded 1.1 Patch Yet?

I really want this patch, this game is buggy as crap.

The patch IS out. It's the 200 MB thingy that automatically rolls out on Steam when it's finished downloading the main-game.
And FYI, it's what ruined the game completely. The patch is buggy as hell.

hit esc while in game, in the menu on the bottom left it should say the version. Fyi steam games always install with the latest patch

I believe Steam got it for me either yesterday or Wednesday, because I did see it report that it downloaded something for Skyrim before it unlocked.
