Just out of curiosity, what's the best race and skillpath combination to use for creating a Ranger in Skyrim?

Near as what I can tell you would place your primary focus on Archery, One Hand (Blade), Stealth and Light Armour with Restoration, Destruction (traps) and Alchemy on the side. As far as race Nord, Bosmer, Breton or maybe even Redguard.

I guess that's one place to start for tossing ideas around on the subject...
Anyway, what are you thoughts?

You can pick any race to your ranger, personally I would go with a Bosmer, seeing as how it fits in with the lore. I guess I also have a "Ranger" build, but I am using a Nord who besides using One Handed, uses Two Handed instead. It's all up to you.
