How difficult will your game be

Odd question but does anyone anticipate a difficult game? Either by the character you create or just the basic difficulty settings?

My game is going to be impossibly hard, because I'm going to be playing a blind character and will be wearing a blindfold to get into the roleplay!

If this was 1 or 2, I'd agree. But you'll be fine in the new iterations of fallout, there isn't as much punishment now.

Oh man I might get some flaming right about now....

Normal, but I playing hardcoe mode. Maybe when I get a feel for Vegas, I will try a harder difficulty.

I will likely do my first runthrough on easy or normal, but only because I am getting slow in my old age. :ahhh:

I'm going to play on normal without hardcoe on my first run simply just to enjoy the story.
My second play will be with hardcoe enabled.

I have been playing Fo3 with FWE for so long the game wouldn't feel right without hardcoe, as for the difficulty, probably normal, I hate bullet sponges...

I don't mind bullet sponges in the cases of robots, super mutants, or even big daddies (for a Bioshock one) in games. That is, sizable enemies that should be notable for their endurance. When it comes to human characters though, and fighting them, it doesn't feel right at all if it's not on normal when it comes to damage allocation. So, I'll likely be playing the same (hardcoe on Normal).

I don't think Fallout is difficult at any setting. Skill or whatever you want to call it isn't relevant thanks to V.A.T.S.. Difficulty settings mainly dictate how well prepared and equipped you have to be, and how much time the game is going to take.

I'm going to play Normal/hardcoe. Fallout 3 was the perfect difficulty for me on normal, and I'm assuming this will be the same.

Actually, I agree. I haven't played through all of Fallout 1, but it was hard.
