How Do I Disarm Enemy?

Post » Mon Oct 08, 2012 1:45 pm

My Question this time is simple and exactly what it says in the Topic Title.

I only noticed there was a stat for Disarming when i pressed 'start' and looked at the various statistics such as dungeons cleared, shouts used, enemies killed, creatures killed and so on and so forth.

Do you disarm someone when they go into the MERCY state and try and run/cover up and hide?

*On a separate isssue, i dont know a good way to follow my own posts on these forums cuz when i click on my name on the top left corner of the screen and then goto MY CONTENT it only lists a few of my posts/threads. I have to go out of my way or SEARCH for my own posts using the tags i could remember. Is there a better way to find everything i've posted recently? BTW, even when i click Follow This Topic, i dont know where to find my posts and it doesnt show up on MY CONTENT

The Disarm shout allows you to disarm opponents up to level 30 (when all three words are used). After that, it becomes useless. However, you can disarm your opponent if you have the appropriate perk in the block skill tree and you do a block bash (Disarming Bash, Level 70 perk).

As REL mentioned, Disarming Bash perk and I must add he is very reliable. You can disarm anyone anytime with quite good proc rate, and after you disarmed someone, switch to your two handed and wreck some skulls!
As well, disarming shout is useless after 30 lvl as stated, so I wouldn't rely on it too much in later game. Disarming bash is your best friend.
