crytek took that action out of the game to make it more console friendly since they ran out of buttons to assign it to.

So there is the automatic fap system.

But...

Prophet gave his suit to alcatraz right? This explains a lot.

1. So alcatraz cant use the fap system.

2. This explains how big the suits groin is.

Have you ever played POSTAL 2? If you catch yourself on fire you can piss upwards to pee on yourself putting out the flames, also pee on other characters in the game, making them mad or causing them to vomit everywhere. :)

The suit can be take off manually.

If Prophet has give his suit to Alcatraz without any machines, then you can remove the suit easily.

Most probably the suit have nanities that process the crap and piss turning them into vapor, then the suit expel it.
