This may sound weird, but what direction do you come out when you finish possessing someone? Do you come out the front, at which the just possessed guard would see you, or from behind so that you could then choke them or something?

Whenever I possessed a guard during my playthrough I was always behind them and therefore able to choke them out or whatever.
