How DO I download the 11.10 patch? : Othor Games

I've been trying to install the 11.10 patch for a while now, but it's not working.

AMD Catalyst? 11.10 Preview Driver Features:
Improves performance in Battlefield 3 Open Beta release for both non-Anti-Aliasing and application enabled Anti-Aliasing cases on the AMD Radeon? HD 6000 and AMD Radeon HD 5000 series for single GPU configurations.

Why can't I install it?
Every time I click :
AMD Catalyst 11.10 Preview Driver for Windows? 7 /Vista?

I download it, works fine.
Then I try to install it, and it tries to install the catalyst thing, which I already have.
So I proceed and everything, then it comes up with an error at the end saying it installed but problems had occured.
I click to see what the problem is and it says:

AMD Display DriverFinal Status: Fail
Version of Item: 8.901.2.0000
Size: 90 Mbytes

So... I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

You are installing over your current driver :/

You need to uninstall your ATI drivers, reboot, then install the new one.

How do I go about doing that?
I uninstalled the AMD Catalyst thing, rebooted, then reinstalled using the 11.10 link.
I still get the same error.
