How early can we get creative?

This is something that I've been thinking about lately. In all the demonstrations, the players were given a full range of powers from the get-go - powers that we'll have to unlock over time in the final game, and which won't all be available to us (at least not fully upgraded) during a single playthrough.

It's fun to think about all these cool combinations of powers, but will we actually be able to take advantage of them? If unlocking powers takes too long, it could be the case that we won't be able to put together creative combinations until the last few missions, and even then many of the combos will remain off limits to us.

Will the first few missions feel less interesting (and less replayable) due to us always having fewer powers available, resulting in fewer options in how we tackle objectives?

IIRC you will be able to replay the game with all your current abilities from your last playthrough.

I'd love a New Game+ mode, but it's already been confirmed that we won't get one.

Granted, it could be that I'm just overthinking this. Liberty Island in Deus Ex remains a great stage despite you not having as many options as later in the game...

Honestly? I will play the whole game only with a small set of skills, because I like that you have to work with what little you have,
so I don't consider the start as "boring" or anything cause I can't get creative, I consider it challenging since it takes more to be creative and to escape from a tough situation! ;)

its bitter sweet. I'm anticipating they will make u work for what few abilities u can get in a single playthru, therein your combo variations are limited for a quite a while, and then again u are made to appreciate what tools u have at your disposal. Its going to be interesting
