I've encountered a bug in the mission 'Birds of a Feather' guarding the Silver Rush.
When a guy named Pacer approaches, after talking with the other guard, he just stands there.
Like a dike, I advanced time to see if that would cure it. It didn't.
Now I can't get out of it as I've overwritten my last autosave with the waiting.
I can't abort the mission and if I doublecross them, I get my [censored] handed to me.
Is there any way to get around this apparent bug?
