How to force a NPC to give you a Radiant Quest? Aela is brok

After facing the Silver Hand I'm suppose to be getting Radiant Quests from Aela about the Silver Hand, but she had no dialogue option for it. Thinking I was too low level or just had to wait, I went and did a bunch of other quests. Aela *still* has the same dialogue options, "What's our first target?" to which she responds "The Silver Hand has been scouring the world for more pieces of Wuuthrad." and then just ends the conversation. No quest given. No additional dialogue. Same dialogue options.

Of course I disabled all my mods yadda yadda yadda. I heard there have been problems with Aela's Radiant Quests before, so I hope I can somehow pass this glitch.

Edit: Through experimentation I found out "CR11" (the Wuuthrad Fragment "Retrieval" quest) was indeed what she was trying to start but couldn't for some reason. By using "setstage cr11 10" I initiated the quest and it correctly removed Aela's dialogue option as well as gave a valid location for the Fragment of Wuuthrad. Here's hoping I can continue with the Companions!

Odd though, UESP.net says the "Retrieval" quest has a pre-requisite of one of two Radiant Quests...maybe because I already killed a Silver Hand leader with the quest immediately following becoming a Werewolf, where Aela herself joins you, that counts?

Not sure, but I don't think the radiant quest has to be from Aela herself. Try the other companions NPCs to see if you could get one from them.

She does not spam give you Radiant quests each time you finish one, I noticed she takes breaks for another quest from npc to trigger her. Try talkin to another npc in companions

Guys, I talked to all other Companion members multiple times within the course of 5 real hours (not game hours!) doing other quests, each time going back to Whiterun to sell/offload items and check in on Aela and the rest of the Companions. I gained ~4 levels. They didn't give me any quests except this bugged dialogue option. It's obvious Aela was scripted to give a quest, because the other Companions would go about their daily routine, while Aela would just stand at the entrance, forever, night & day.
