I think I might have ran into a bug (or I'm just missing something). I found havelock's note about emily's whereabouts, but not sure what to do from here - there is no waypoint or anything showing me how to get to kingsparrow island.

Depending on your Chaos rating, you'll either have to retrieve a note from Cecilla's corpse or go straight to Emily's room. There's a flare inside that calls Samuel.
