Ok so I got the house called Heljarchen Hall and I have completed all three wings. I want to get a new house but when i ask the jarl of Falkreath it doesn't say anything about buying a plot of land, even when i talk to the steward. I have tried doing jobs but it only let me do one and then they never say anything about jobs available. Any help?
