I was fighting a wolf and I got rockjoint disease anybody know how to cure it?
Also weren't there supposed to be oil lanterns?

Find a shrine to a god. For exemple, there is a shrine to Kynareth and a shrine to Talos in Whiterun.

I suppose there must also be cure disease potions and spells, but I haven't found any yet.

cure disease potions can be bought in whiterun from the cauldron (though it seems to be closed all the time. i picked the back door and found her in there anyway)

Pray that you run into wandering healers ;D I ran into a few folks for Stendar and kyn some of them can heal you of disease.

buy a few potions...pretty cheap and really handy. i have contracted quite a few diseases a already.

the most dangerous enemies for diseases are the skeevers. they may look weak but they have a chance of being really annoying. kill them fro ma distance if possible.

Yeah, i found that out when i was ambush by them so i just ran like a girl and flamed them all
