I do something like shout at people... Not the big hurty fire shout. The "I accidentally hit some maid when i was trying to shout all the food off this very long table." shout. And the guards go insane. No warning, they just butcher me. I unsheath and sheath weapons..nothing. they just murder me. Its like they think i attacked a chicken or something! ;-; how do I make them not murder me for being the dragonborn? I didnt ASK to be born, and certianly not from a dragon. and didnt just the other day they praised me for saving them..?

...Silliness aside, yeah, it gets kinda irritating. How can I get them to jsut arrest or fine me rather than kill me after ive inadvertantly..not hurt someone?

It is assault so I can see why they'd attack you. Try to leave the cell (the area you are in) by going through a door. If that doesn't work you're SOL.
