How do I get two sets of speakers to play at once?

Ok I got a Colby speaker set for Christmas. I really like the way it sounds and I'd love to have it hooked up to my PC, which I run through my HDTV. Well the default speakers are set through the AMD HDMI output on my video card to my TV. I've also hooked my Colby speakers into the Motherboard through the rear 3.5mm audio jack. Now both sets of speakers show up differently under the "Sound Playback" tab. Is there any way I can set both of them to default so they'll both play at the same time? I'm on Windows 7 by the way, and I'm using the RealTek HD Audio Manager Drivers.

To be honest, the easier solution would be to connect your speakers to the audio-out on your TV. That way you could avoid sync issues with the sound coming out of the TV. The audio stream going over the HDMI cable isn't guaranteed to come out of the speakers in sync with what's coming out of another audio device. Besides, that way you're not giving your system more work to do by driving two audio devices (although it probably wouldn't be much).

Ehh it's alright. I didn't think the Speakers had enough power, so I was going to supplement them. However I just found out that you can hear them all the way across the house.
