Is there a way to modify my Xbox 360 so I can access unofficial mods and console commands on it?

I have a spare 360, so I'm not worried about getting banned from Xbox Live.

Trust me you don't want mods on a 360. Do you have any experience with mods? I don't think so because if you did you would know that the 360's hardware can't handle the majority of them. Better to spend your time and resources aquiring a decent PC and doing it the way it was ment to be done.

It's not illegal. It's against Microsoft Policy, and it's against Bethesda Policy to talk about, but it's not illegal. Once you own a device you are within your right to destroy it any way you like.
That doesn't mean Microsoft has to provide you services anymore, though.

LOL, I am so damn glad Bungie and Microsoft is breaking up. Maybe Halo will see the light of day in PCs and PSs again.
