[RP] How has your character changed or been affected since a

Post » Mon Jul 30, 2012 5:14 pm

What I mean is, how has your time in Skyrim changed you, has it made you a better person, made you worse, drove you off the rails and made you mad, made you rich, made you poor, sent you to your grave... I'l start with a very brief report.

Skyrim is a completely different land to that of Valenwood, the harsh cold was the first and most difficult thing Kunn had to adapt to, after that, Bandits posed little threat, he has met far more intelligent beings, he obsessively stalks them, making it a game, praying on their fears, causing them sleepless nights before picking them off one by one. Eventually he found the Thieves Guild, a natural habitat and one where he made and still makes generous coin.

In Valenwood, he was a hunter, Skyrim, has made him a killer.

It made him understand that human life is something he shouldn't just manipulate and throw ar- Ahem, sorry. Was listening to a sad song. Hail Molag Bal! And killing stuff, yeah!

Ra'Khacharr eventually made her way to Skyrim, she crossed the border in her old Captain's uniform into the cold, cruel world of Skyrim and her troubles.
Arriving at Whiterun a young man named Jon Battle-Born asked a question that would affect her answer to this day. He asked why she was there, she was silent for a time finally answering that she was there to help the people. When he expressed his joy for such an answer she realized that may help her forget her discrepancies.
Helping who she could whenever she had a touch of happiness for the first time in many years.

Made him more... Awkward.
He became a lot less social because of all the discriminating Nords (he's a Khajiit), but in all didn't change him wanting to help people and be the Hero.

my High Elf, Erissa, has changed a lot. she became a werewolf, and got married. she has been forced to kill innocents, which has taken it's toll on her. also became a kleptomaniac. my khajiit, Dar'Rakha, has not changed much, but was infected by a vampire

The whole dragonborn thing threw a big wrench in my plan to master the main schools of magic and bring war to the rogue witches, wizards, and vampires of Skyrim. Of course, being the Dovahkiin has given my character a great power that has helped him in his quest for vengeance against the ones who he thinks are responsible for the death of his family. He has vowed to forsake all of his other duties until the threat of Alduin has been dealt with, but his mind is constantly distracted by searching for the ones who slaughtered his parents and burned his home down to the ground. However, my character is a man of responsibility and honor, so he will do what he must to ensure the safety of all.

The vampire threat has also piqued his interest. He wonders if the rise in aggression from the vampire clans of Skyrim may be related to the disaster that sent him over the border on a rage fueled killing spree. He was arrested while crossing the border pursuing a suspected vampire that he meant to interrogate. Was he the one who had contact with the rogue summoners who were purported to have been seen fleeing the sight of his burning home, or was he simply a newly blooded whelp running for his life? The rising threat of vampires only serves to increase his sense of urgency and worry about seeing the conclusion of the threat of Alduin. Will he have the strength to undo the World Eater and get the revenge he so desperately craves? Or will he fail, not only his own family and oath, but the whole world as well?

My high elf haldir was a champion of the arena. But skyrimIs untamed beauty changed him to a softer more humble man. He now serves at a chantry.

It's given my Altmer more reason to hate men, particularly Nords.

Well, my two pureblood vampire characters were nobles(male and female), living in Cyrodiil. They were stealthy political manipulators and master deceivers, watching(and being involved) as history passed by. They were adolescents at the time that Pelagius III died.. At the times of the Oblivion crisis, one of them was buried under the earth after her true identity was revealed.

During the time of Skyrim, she was awakened from her ancient home under the earth by her brother. Unearthed, she was horrified and intensely hateful and furious that the Empire had fallen to the Thalmor and hangs by a thread. She goes to Skyrim with her brother to begin her political career from scratch by using her ancient resources; knowledge, decades of abilities both physical and supernatural, cunning.

I suppose she's changed in a way. The Nords are overly superstitous, she's a natural enemy of the Volkihar and is a invader behind enemy lines since she's from a different clan. If anything, she's far more cunning and deceitful than the four centuries earlier.

lol, i think my altmer is going to start losing her sanity soon.
she doesn't like nords much (except for her spouse), but she doesn't hate them

the only thing she really hates is Thalmor agents and Vampires. she's a vampire hunter.
