These are the quests i done
1) 3 Tutorial quests, save a female settler but she did not respond to me when I talked to her( perhaps because of she still in combat mode )
2)Ghost Town Gunfight, help Ringo and defend Goodsprings from powder ganger( no casualties )
3)Fix The Broken Radio
4)Gecko vs Girlfriend, cannot find Barton Thorn after i clear all the way.
If not mistaken, my reputation now is "Liked". How am increase my reputation to "Idolized"? Is there any quest left?
Number 4 doesn't matter; it's a random encounter that can occur in the area just past Goodsprings Source, and Barton has a habit of wandering away from the actual encounter area and down to the fire pits (he's supposed to show in the hills to the South of GSS).
You can have casualties in the gunfight and still get
Idolized; the reputation boost is for stopping them, period. I try to avoid them anyway, but that's just my perfectionist streak showing. :biggrin:
What you need is for the saved settler to talk to you, she hands you three Purified Waters and a sizable Reputation boost if you save her and then talk to her. If she is still in combat mode then there is probably either another Gecko or a random Powder Ganger nearby (one sometimes spawns along the road for some odd reason), as NPCs will automatically leave combat mode if there are no threats nearby.
